The official captains meeting will be on Thursday evening at 21:00 and Friday morning at 8:00. Gather at the fireplace. Please make sure you come to one of them. The captain's meeting for teams that play in the Final will be on Sunday 10:00 at the stadium.
The front desk opens on Thursday at 16:00 and is open until 23:00. On Friday the front desk opens at 08:00. Please try to register your team/collect your team pack before your first game or otherwise on Friday before 12:00.
During the whole tournament the front desk is the place to go to with all your questions. You can also leave your phone at the front desk for charging. The opening hours for the front desk are:
Thursday: 4pm-11pm
Friday: 7am-11pm
Saturday: 7am-9pm
Sunday: 7am - 11 am, in the stadium during the finals

Our scorekeepers are not timekeepers or referees, timekeeping will be done centrally and the start/end of matches is indicated by a jingle broadcasted on the speakers

In the app you can also request first aid to a field, check rankings, find the event map and fill in spirit scores or talk to Herbie.
The first round will be published before Thursday.
To fill in the scores the captain or spirit captain has to log in to the app. So make sure your (spirit) captain has a working app. If you have an issue regarding spirit and the app please go to the front-desk. You can only see the received score once both teams have filled in the scores.
Please fill in your spirit scores before you pick up your food tickets, we only hand them out once all spirit scores are filled in.
Everything is vegetarian! There will also be a stall for vegan options, as well as gluten free. Every morning during breakfast you can make sandwiches for lunch. (There is no separate lunch provided). Tickets for dinner can be collected at the front desk after all spirit scores are filled in for that day. Because the last mixed round ends late, mixed teams can collect their food tickets for Friday before their last game if at least three spirit scores are filled in.
At Windmill we want to limit the amount of single use plastic. That is why we want to ask you to bring your own plate and cutlery.
Every player gets one token exchangeable for a cup, can, or bottle. When returning the cup, can or bottle you get the token back. If you lose your token you will have to buy a new one for 50 cents. Tokens and or cups are not refundable for money.
Thursday:
No food is provided by the tournament. You can buy food at the Fry-car and potentially elsewhere in Amsterdam. You can also order food from the fields.

We have security every day of the event on the Windmill terrain. The campsite has its own security. Please take care of your own valuables. Windmill is not responsible for lost items
We are on the terrain behind the sportspark! Keep in mind that this is not the same camping as last year! Follow the signs from Iggy square towards the campsite. Cross the “Gateway to the Galaxy” bridge on the left side of park below field 11 (see the map in the app) or here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/GU1DWCmksEvmwZkz7. From there turn left and head on straight, then take the first path to the right towards the entrance of the camping: https://maps.app.goo.gl/aoZ3JbmHXmZL9WPX7.
We don’t have infinite space at the camping so please listen to the instructions of our volunteers when setting up your tents.The camping is only meant for sleeping, all Windmill activities will be at the fields! All tents need to be gone before 6pm on Sunday.
!!Glassware is not allowed at the camping, if we see you carrying glass around the camping we can and will remove you from the camping!! If you have any trash, get rid of it in the bins and trash bags located on the campsite or bring it to Iggy square and dispose of it there. Leave the campsite as clean as you found it.
You can charge your electronics at the charging station at the front desk. Please bring a working charger (so not just usb cable). Hand in your electronics with a host and collect your ticket. Make sure to keep the ticket safe, you need to hand it in at the front desk to get your stuff back.

Be mindful when parking here, you have to pay for parking on Thursday and Friday. On the weekend parking here is free.

There are a few shower locations located around the fields as well as on the camping. Please check the signage on the door. These will indicate what gender the shower is assigned for, please use the shower you feel most comfortable with. We will have a non-binary and mixed shower as well.
