BFG is a competitive mixed ultimate team from Seattle, WA that competes at the pro level. BFG is a team that focuses on building a community that values connectedness, selflessness, and growth, allowing individuals to reach their potential. We compete at the highest level as one team, composed of players. A team is no one. As a team we are process and growth oriented, competitive, intentional, fun, weird, and mindful of how our interactions affect each other. We also remain committed to equity as a primary team focus.
