Bonnsai is Bonn's Frisbee Sport association. We have open practices for Ultimate, Freestyle or Disc Golf where everyone is welcome to join us, no matter if beginners or experts. With our new built course in Bonn we are also hosting Disc Golf competitions. We offer companionship in the enjoyment of motion, fitness, and the art of throwing.
