PIPE

We are an open team based out of Toronto that hopes to compete at the highest level. Through our own dedication and hard work hope to become an elite level team in Canada. Doing so not by simply just taking the best talent but also creating a team culture that is fun, competitive and full of people who embody "we over me". An environment where each player is felt as though they are committed to one another and there’s mutual respect from the top down. Something we've seen over the years that has been lacking in the Toronto scene is a team that is built with the idea that every person on the team not only loves to play frisbee but would also kill for the guy next to them. We found that on other teams there is just this constant air of feeling like you have to be better than the next guy and would roast a guy for not playing well or not giving each other feedback because it might give them an advantage. We think it’s possible to build a winning team with a group of lads that all push for one another to be better through mutual respect from the top to the bottom. We believe that’s what PIPE is. To embody the spirit of a player on PIPE is someone who keeps on pushing no matter what other people say. It's the belief that no matter what the outcome being proud that we've laid everything out on the field.
