Sundrive Social Ultimate Women's

Stemming initially as Social Sports Dublin, a humble gathering of friends to abate the humdrum of Covid lockdowns, Sundrive Social Ultimate is now a fully fledged Ultimate team based in Dublin, Ireland. We boast a truly international cohort, from nearly every continent in the world. We’re not only a place for people to develop their frisbee skills, but a fun, safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for newcomers in Dublin to find their tribe. Sundrive’s Women's Team has grown in leaps and bounds since it was first established by Marisabel De Castro, one of the original members, laying the foundations of what it is today. Brittany Hoffman continued building the team to better establish the women's players, running regular women’s sessions and captaining the second ever women's tournament in Maynooth. Currently, we have the captain and vice captain, Emer Geraghty and Cristina Pascual, respectively, who have helped grow the women’s team even more over the past few months, building up to our first ever nationals as a women’s team last September ‘23 and numerous tournaments since! We are very proud to be helping to grow FMPs participation in Ultimate Frisbee and can’t wait to compete!
